Larry is a veteran of the U.S. Army and an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in operations, P&L oversight, multi-channel product distribution and marketing involving both start-up and growth organizations. He is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and strategic positioning for multimillion dollar organizations. Mr. Carver has a track record of increasing sales and growing the bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. He excels in dynamic demanding environments while remaining pragmatic and focused. Larry has helped to establish industry best practices and processes in companies to help them cut their cost of doing business and raise their Return on investment.
Jeffrey B. Kozero, PE

Jeff graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with an engineering degree and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Over the course of his career, Jeff has started and grown an architectural/engineering firm from a local DMV presence to a National Footprint. In addition, Jeff has started and managed various real estate development companies that have provided development, design and construction related services. These projects resulted in over 12 million constructed square feet and valued at over $2.9Billion. Jeff has added his design/development experience to American Eagle Construction and will direct the design aspect of the company.

Dan has over 40 years of experience in site and utility work starting when he worked as a laborer directly out of high school. Dan started on small projects and began to purchase equipment and hire labor without going into debt. Dan weathered several economic downturns and has built his company into one of the most sought after site construction companies in the Baltimore-Maryland-Washington, DC area. Specializing in emergency and difficult utility projects such as repairing a broken 24 inch waterline in 24 hours for the National Institute of Health (NIH), Dan has acquired a well-deserved reputation as one of the best site contractors in the area.
