American Eagle provides two distinct services: Site and Utility Development and Building Construction

We provide Building Construction through American Eagle Construction, LLC and Site and Utility Development through MainStreet Underground, LLC

Our Construction division consists of two companies: American Eagle Construction, LLC (AEC) and MainStreet 407 Underground, LLC (MSU). These two companies combine to provide Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential construction as well as full site construction (utilities, fiber, and site work). These companies share their supply chains, design capabilities, and financial oversight with other American Eagle sister companies.

Our Design division, MainStreet 407 Design, LLC, provides full service architectural, construction management, and engineering services for commercial and residential projects.

In addition, our parent company 407 Associates, LLC, lends its management capabilities and real estate development experience to our projects as needed.

No project is too large or too small for American Eagle Construction. We have designed and/or built commercial properties as small as Starbucks Coffee shops and as large as a one million square foot warehouse, and we provide the same level of management and customer care regardless of the project’s size.

What We Do

American Eagle Construction and its affiliate companies, are fully licensed General Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects and Engineers. Its principals and managers bring their construction and design experience to each project. American Eagle Construction companies have performed work in most Mid-Atlantic states as well as Texas and Florida. The company has the ability to work in any state in the Continental United States and to obtain licensing in any state in which a project is located.  American Eagle Construction can work with you to design-build your project, thus creating value engineering and cost savings for you.

Commercial

Our principals and managers’  list of completed projects encompass the construction of over 80 retail properties ranging from 2.500 sq. ft.  to 135,000 sq. ft., and from small pad sites to large supermarket and big-box anchored shopping centers.   Our company has also had extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality sector, including the design-build construction and renovation of over 20 hotels.

Our principals and managers’ decades of experience in office construction ranges from ground-up project construction to the retro-fitting of office parks and single purpose facilities, such as the conversion of vacant convenience stores into modern, eye-catching banks and other financial services buildings. Working with the American Eagle design team or with your architect when you desire to utilize your own, we can bring your project to fruition on YOUR schedule… as we know “time is money” and that you need to be in your office working as soon as possible.

Industrial

Our industrial property construction roots date back to when our principals’ first project was completed…the design and construction of a 1 million sq. ft. Montgomery Ward Distribution Center in Brandywine, MD. Since that time, our experience in the industrial sector includes several large distribution centers (Kraft Foods, JCPenney’s and Coca-Cola Company) and more than 50 other industrial ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic States , Texas and Florida.
